At the Academy of Advanced Cosmetics, we believe that financial barriers should not prevent someone from pursuing a career in the beauty and paramedical tattoo industry.
That’s why we offer several flexible payment options depending on the program you choose.
Our goal is to make it possible for students to start training now and pay over time.
Apprenticeship Program Financing
Our Apprenticeship Programs are eligible for monthly payment plans through our financing partner Denefits.​These programs include:​• Master’s PMU & Paramedical Apprenticeship• Paramedical Apprenticeship• Cosmetic Apprenticeship• PMU Brow Apprenticeship• Tiny Tattoo Apprenticeship​These programs run for several months, making them ideal for flexible monthly payments.
How Denefits Financing Works
Denefits allows students to spread the cost of tuition across manageable monthly payments.​Students typically begin with:​• 10% enrollment deposit• First monthly payment at enrollment• $39 Denefits administrative feeThe remaining balance is then divided into monthly payments based on the selected plan.Training access remains active as long as payments remain current.

Pay-In-Full Discount
Students who pay their tuition in full at enrollment receive a 5% discount on apprenticeship programs.
This is the best overall value for students who prefer not to use financing.
Certificate Program Payment Options
Because certificate programs are typically short-term courses (1–5 days), they follow a different payment structure.
Students may choose one of the following options.

Option 1 — Pay in Full
Students may pay the full tuition at registration.
This allows students to receive their training kit and materials immediately at the start of class.
Accepted payment methods include:
• Credit or debit card
• Business credit card
• Personal funding
• SweetPay approval
​
Option 2 — 50% Deposit + 50% Before Class
Students may reserve their seat by paying:
50% deposit at registration
The remaining 50% balance must be paid before the first day of class.

Option 3 — SweetPay Financing
Students may apply for SweetPay financing.
If approved:
• SweetPay pays AAC directly
• Students receive their training kits immediately
• Students repay SweetPay based on their approved payment terms
Approval is determined by SweetPay and may vary based on credit profile.

How Many Students Afford Training
Many students combine different strategies to make their training investment manageable.
Common approaches include:
• financing through Denefits
• using savings for the deposit
• using a credit card for part of the tuition
• beginning to earn income during training
Because apprenticeship programs include clinic experience, many students begin building their portfolio and accepting clients while still completing the program.
