Order processing time:

Course kits & student materials:

Course kits and training materials are usually shipped [7–10 business days] before your scheduled in-person class date (when applicable), provided your registration and payment are complete.

If your course date is booked last-minute, we may ship your kit to the academy for pick-up on your first day of class.
If we experience a high volume of orders or a delay (e.g., backordered items, supply chain issues), processing may take longer. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pick up, additional shipping charges may apply to re-ship the order.
